I am a qualified teacher with 18 years of experience in the Further Education (FE) and Higher Education (HE) sectors. I have also held senior leadership roles within the assessment and quality sector.
My previous roles include:

For a time, my journey took an unexpected turn. A few bumps in the road threw me off balance, leaving me feeling stuck and restless in my career. I found myself operating on autopilot—juggling multiple responsibilities, yet feeling unfulfilled.

Learning and experiencing new things has always been my driving force, so I sought out ways to feed my curiosity beyond work. However, I quickly discovered the hard way that time and energy are finite resources. Adding more to my already overwhelming to-do list wasn’t the answer.

Instead, I shifted my focus. Rather than piling on new commitments, I refined what was already in place. I developed new habits, gained clarity on what truly mattered, and redirected my energy toward a higher purpose—ensuring that distractions and other people’s agendas no longer dictated my path.

This transformation allowed me to build a thriving career while maintaining meaningful relationships, sustaining my energy, and creating space to pursue my passions. Most importantly, I gained the confidence to dream big and actively shape my own future.
